EOU Reading Clinic Tutoring offers free K–3 tutoring that includes reading and writing clinics. The program uses evidence-based training and reading games and tools that families can also use at home. It also includes mentorship and tutoring roles connected to the clinic’s work.

The program’s mission is partnering with families across Eastern Oregon to ensure every child is a confident, capable reader. It shares bilingual flyers and tips in English and Spanish and notes access for all as part of its high-quality programs. Training in the program aligns with HB 3198 and can include PD credit and stipends.
