Lake Oswego Parks & Recreation Enrichment Classes & Activities includes options such as Indoor Playground @ LORAC, Summer Camps, Community Events, Sports Leagues, and a Teen Lounge. Lake Oswego Parks & Recreation is led by Director of Parks & Recreation Jeff Munro; Deputy Director of Recreation & Adult Services Jan Wirtz; Deputy Director of Parks Antonio Garcia; LORAC Superintendent Anthony Markey; and Recreation Supervisor Cydny Fletcher. The department states a mission of serving the needs of all Lake Oswego City residents through a Scholarship Program and a dedication to social equity, working toward removing barriers to participation and increasing access to programs and recreational opportunities. A Scholarship Program is available for residents who cannot afford typical program fees. The program has an Inclusion Policy that promotes inclusion and equity for residents, including those who may experience disabilities or specific needs, and inclusion services such as inclusion support personnel are provided to Lake Oswego residents only. Reasonable accommodation requests can be made by anyone using City facilities, parks, and activities.
