Raleigh Hills Little League offers baseball, including AAA and Majors league playoffs, 10u and 11u All Star First Round Games, and a Hillsboro Hops baseball game. The program also includes Winter Training Opportunities, RHLL Dbat Training, Majors and AAA Player Evaluations, Raleigh Hills Celebration Day, and access to Beaverton Baseball Youth Summer Camp and Flynn Baseball SW Portland Summer Camp.

Since 1957 Raleigh Hills Little League has served the youth of its community by providing access to the game of baseball in a fun, educational, competitive, and safe manner that strengthens the community through sport. It is the policy of Little League and Raleigh Hills Little League that no child will ever be turned away regardless of ability, ethnicity, gender, race, sexual orientation, or other identities, and the league provides financial aid to remove barriers and encourage maximum participation regardless of income. All players, coaches, umpires, and volunteers of Raleigh Hills Little League follow RHLL Policies and Procedures and Little League International guidelines, including waivers of rules to accommodate gender identity and participant disability, and the league states that it complies with all federal, state, and local laws. The league prohibits the use of team names, mascots, nicknames, or logos that are racially insensitive, derogatory, or discriminatory, and it adheres to a Zero Tolerance Policy that does not allow any type of activity that permits or promotes misconduct or abuse between any participants or spectators. Raleigh Hills Little League is funded entirely by player registration fees, family donations, and individual and business sponsorships, and its partner DICK’S Sporting Goods offers all members a 20% discount throughout the store.
