The Junior Sports Training Program is led by NASM Certified Personal Trainer Tiffany Elmer, who also appears on the leadership team for this program. Each Junior Sports Training participant begins with a comprehensive performance evaluation that is used as the foundation for a personalized training plan, with a focus on enhancing speed, strength, power, agility, conditioning, mobility, and recovery. The program’s mission states that Mt. Hood Athletic Club Youth and Family Programs offers high-energy youth fitness classes, themed seasonal camps, youth camps during school breaks and summer, and special events throughout the year such as holiday parties and family challenges, along with Kidz Klub childcare and family fitness activities. The mission also states that activities are safe, supervised, and age-appropriate, and that the environment is supportive, with an emphasis on teamwork, discipline, and enjoyment of movement.

FITKIDZ requires workout attire and is held on Mondays in Racquetball Court #2 and on Wednesdays in the Gymnasium. Valentine Date Night includes games, a Valentine craft, pizza, and refreshments, is limited to 20 children, and requires parents to make an appointment, pre-pay, and follow a non-refundable 24-hour cancellation policy, with no discount for late drop-off or early pick-up. Registration for Valentine Date Night is completed through the Kidz Klub during Kids Klub Hours, and the event is for members’ children only. Storytime is described as an interactive class that brings books to life, sparking imagination and encouraging a love for reading, with cozy attire welcome and parents encouraged to join in listening.
