Mt. Hood Athletic Club Youth and Family Programs offers activities such as Adventure Klub Activities, Kidz Klub Activities, FitKidz, MHAC Kids Camps & Clinics, MHAC Kids Events, Junior Sports Training Program, Junior Sports Training camp, Drop & Shop, Storytime, Pop Up Activities, sports, athletic games, agility drills, circuit training, arts and crafts, and active games. The Drop & Shop event includes a Grinch movie, decorating cookies, pizza, and snacks.
• Ages: 0–18 years old
• Schedule: FitKidz Fall 2025 Session runs September 15–November 21, 2025, with a Winter Session from 1/5/26–3/18/26; Junior Sports Training Program meets two times per week in 1-hour sessions over 8 total sessions with date ranges Oct. 8–Nov. 3 and Nov. 10–Dec. 3; Junior Sports Training camp runs Monday–Thursday from Dec. 29–Jan. 1, 1:00–2:00 pm; Drop & Shop is on Friday, December 12, 5:00–8:00 pm; Kidz Klub Storytime meets Tuesdays at 10:00 am.
• Price: Junior Sports Training Program costs $99 per athlete for members and $119 per athlete for non-members; Junior Sports Training camp costs $79 for members and $99 for non-members; Drop & Shop costs $40 for one child, $65 for two children, and $90 for three children, with a non-refundable 24-hour cancellation policy and no discount for late drop-off or early pick-up.
The Junior Sports Training Program is led by NASM Certified Personal Trainer Tiffany Elmer and includes a comprehensive performance evaluation as the foundation for a personalized training plan, with a focus on enhancing speed, strength, power, agility, conditioning, mobility, and recovery. FitKidz sessions require athletic attire and proper athletic shoes, and Kidz Klub Storytime welcomes cozy attire, with parents encouraged to join in listening. The programs include high-energy youth fitness classes, themed seasonal camps, special family-friendly events, Kidz Klub childcare, youth camps that combine games, teamwork, and skill-building during school breaks and summer, special events such as holiday parties and family challenges, safe, supervised, and age-appropriate activities, and Pop-Up Activities that are surprise, flexible, and tailored to the ages and energy levels of children present.
