Wy'East Mountain Academy is a college preparatory action sports boarding school where students take part in ski training, snowboard training, mountain bike training, and skate training. Students use facilities for skateboarding, mountain biking, snowboarding, freeskiing, trampoline training including SuperTramp™ trampoline training, a rock climbing wall, mountain bike air bag jumping, a mulch jump, and skateboarding off a launch quarter pipe.

Established in 2009, Wy'East Mountain Academy enrolls students in grades 7–12 who want to combine rigorous academics with action sports, with a maximum of 68 students and 220 alumni. The campus includes B.O.B (The Building Out Back) with a 12,000 square foot indoor skate park, two Olympic sized flybed trampolines, a SuperTramp™, an airbag, and a boutique fitness center, as well as an indoor trampoline station with a padded wall SuperTramp™ and two adjacent Olympic sized flybed trampolines with flight access airbag landing. The Concrete Jungle™ is a 78,000 square foot outdoor skate park with a mini ramp section, concrete bowl, quarter pipes, spines, banks, hips, a vert wall with pool coping, rollers, ledges, rails, steps, and manual pads, and the campus has over 100,000 square feet of skateable concrete with one outdoor and one indoor skatepark. Additional features include an outdoor SuperTramp™ with a MaxAir Super Quad 14’ x 14’ trampoline next to a private 60’ x 60’ BagJump™, a 45-foot bike airbag, a mountain bike dirt park, a private trail system, a trampoline center, a launch ramp into an airbag, a dryslope airbag and rail jam, and a mulch jump. Mountain bike air bag training is conducted under the watchful eyes of professional coaching staff, and the campus is active year-round with visiting athletes, industry professionals, and outdoor enthusiasts attending on-campus camps and events.
Wy'East Mountain Academy reports three Olympians, four Olympic medals, twelve X Games medals, and 100% university acceptance based on the last five years. The program states that students can attain high school or college credits transferable to any US, national, or international accredited school, and notes 25 international students over the last five years. The mission statement is “Life improvement through people, place, and passion,” and students have completed 700 student volunteer hours based on the last five years.
Parent and student testimonials describe individual experiences at Wy'East Mountain Academy. One freeskiing graduate from 2020, Jed Waters, states that in four years at Wy'East Academy he grew as an athlete and as a person through the people he met, the places he went, and the education he received.
