Axios Pathways

Axios Pathways offers career and personality assessments, M.A.A.P – Executive Functioning Training, subject tutoring, and college, career, and community advising. The program also includes PSAT readiness and preparation, test prep for the SAT, ACT, and PSAT, building a preliminary college list, understanding admissions requirements and deadlines, career exploration to identify career paths, internships, and extracurricular activities, and laying the groundwork for essays, recommendation letters, and an application narrative.

Axios Pathways follows a mission of helping students navigate high school with a coordinated plan that connects academics, testing, executive functioning, and college planning. The program uses a holistic approach that connects every aspect of a student’s journey from high school academics to college goals, with a personalized roadmap that outlines what to tackle now and what to prepare for in the future. The onboarding process includes conversations with parents and students combined with age-appropriate assessments, along with regular updates, milestone celebrations, and plan refinements for students. The 9th Grade Pathway focuses on building essential study habits, time management skills, and academic confidence; the 10th Grade Pathway focuses on strengthening study habits, time management, self-advocacy skills, and PSAT readiness; and the 11th Grade Pathway focuses on academic mastery, comprehensive test prep, college planning, career exploration, and application strategy. The program’s vision is that students are academically supported throughout their entire high school experience to build a strong foundation, achieve their personal best, and transition to a successful college experience.
