About
The 422 SportsPlex Youth Programs include youth soccer leagues, toddler soccer programs, track & field through the Pottstown Track & Field Club, and multi-sports camps. The broader facility also offers adult inline hockey, adult dek hockey, adult soccer, and adult flag football, with adult inline hockey played 4 vs. 4 plus a goalie on a full-size roller rink equipped with a sport court surface. Adult inline hockey games consist of two 21-minute halves, allow one timeout per team per game, use an IDS pro puck (black only) supplied by each team, and are non-checking with no icing and no offsides, with goalies allowed to play on their feet at the bronze level only.
• Price: The prices for the sports leagues and sports facility are described as unbeatable, and individual player prices for inline hockey are described as reasonable for Pottstown and Phoenixville residents.
The 422 SportsPlex is a membership-only facility, and a building pass and waiver are required for entrance, including an online waiver and membership for participants in adult soccer and other sports. The facility has 102,000 square feet of sporting activity and offers local sports for children from the age of three to seniors. For inline hockey, participants must have helmets, knee and shin guards, gloves, a stick, and inline skates, and every individual must be paid in full by game 2. The sports programs at this facility are described as completely unique and varied for the good of the community.
