Olivet Boys & Girls Club Summer Camp includes Summer Camp and Summer Theatre Camp, with activities such as singing and dancing. Camp days are described as including sunny days by the pool, hikes in the great outdoors, museum visits filled with art and history, and trips to the ballpark.

Olivet Boys & Girls Club states that its mission is to enable all young people, especially those who need them most, to reach their full potential as healthy, productive, caring, responsible citizens. Olivet Boys & Girls Club was one of the original 50 organizations that joined with similar youth groups to form what became Boys & Girls Clubs of America, and it currently operates seven satellite locations across Reading along with Blue Mountain Camp in Hamburg, PA. The organization reports serving over 3,000 youth annually and targeting underserved youth from diverse communities within the City of Reading.
Olivet Boys & Girls Club lists a leadership and operations team that includes Rick Perez, CEO; Nicholas Philippides, COO; Jordan Rodriguez, Director of Programming; and Ashley Rank, Blue Mountain Camp Summer Director, along with additional directors, coordinators, and board members. The organization is a chartered member of Boys & Girls Clubs of America and has been awarded $499,984 to launch the EMPOWER Resilience Initiative, as well as a $1 million federal grant with local support to restore shuttered Mulberry and Walnut Street facilities. A testimonial from Mr. Baba, identified as a Site Coordinator, describes his experience growing up as a “Club Kid” at 677 Clinton Street and later returning in a leadership role, recalling activities such as dancing in the gym, playing tag at the Clinton Street Dance Party on Friday nights, and spending summers at the pool.
