5 Elements Studio - Jiu-Jitsu & Fitness offers Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Kids Martial Arts, Kids Jiu-Jitsu, Adult Jiu-Jitsu Gi and No Gi, Yoga & Movement, and Close Quarter Combat sessions. The program also offers Private and Semi Private Lessons, a 5 Elements Teacher Training Program, Executive Personal and Group Training, Women Self-Defense, a Birthday Party option, and a Summer Camp. Founder and Director Gerardo Mulas received his black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in 2018 from coral belt Carlos Machado and has been studying and sharing his knowledge for over 25 years. Gerardo has studied Yoga and its healing methods since 2000 and is described as a nutritionist and a free form movement expert. The leadership team also includes MMA fighter and class instructor Sydney Hlebik, coach Cameron Miller, and Light Heavyweight striker and kickboxing coach Josh Knight.
The staff includes an in-house certified nutritionist and a kinesiologist, and instructors have knowledge in children psychology, the competition arena in both kickboxing and Jiu-Jitsu, and hold various degrees and up to date certifications. The Executive Training team is composed of a Certified Nutritionist, highly experienced personal fitness trainers, wellness experts, and martial arts masters.
