Fort Bliss CYS Youth Centers (Milam Youth Center & Replica Youth Center) offer activities such as Painting Ceramics, Youth Led Baking, Creative Expression, Strength in Sisterhood, 3-D Printing, and Dungeons and Dragons. Milam Youth Center also offers on-going weekly clubs including Sisterhood in Strength, G Code, Torch Club, Youth Council, and Keystone Club. Both centers are described as top quality neighborhood middle school and teen centers, and both include youth technology labs and culinary arts centers.

• Ages: 11–18 years old
• Schedule: Free after-school and non-student school day programs, with Milam Youth Center open for youth programming Monday–Friday afternoons and evenings and on even Saturdays, and Replica Youth Center open for youth programming Monday–Friday afternoons and evenings and on odd Saturdays, with additional winter camp and open recreation hours on select December and January dates.
• Price: Free programs for middle school (grades 6–8) and high school/teen (grades 9–12) students.
