Washington Rush Summer Soccer Camps include several options such as the Washington Rush Soccer Day Camp, Rush Summer Soccer Camps for Players 6-11, the Washington Rush Goalkeeper Camp, 2026 Keeper Wars, Shooting & Finishing for Girls for U8-U10 girls, and Mighty Mites for 4-6 year olds. Camp days include a mix of training and games, skill-building drills and technique training, daily challenges to work on dribbling, passing, and shooting with age-appropriate drills, and small-sided games and fun challenges. Washington Rush Summer Camp sessions have limited space for an ideal coach-to-player ratio, and each player receives a Rush Summer Soccer Camp shirt at no cost when they join the program.

• Schedule: Camps run Monday through Friday, with half day, full day, and single-day event options across June, July, and August 2026
• Price: $20–$400 depending on camp type and session

Washington Rush Summer Day Camp sessions run July 6-10, July 13-17, July 20-24, August 17-21, and August 24-28, 2026, from 9am to 12 noon. Rush Summer Soccer Camps Half Day Options run June 26-30, July 17-21 (AM and PM options), August 14-18, and August 21-25, with half day sessions from 9am to 12 noon or 1pm to 4pm. The Rush Summer Soccer Camps Full Day Option Session 1 runs July 17-21 from 9am to 4pm and includes a supervised lunch break from 12:00-12:45pm or 12:00-1:00pm, and lunch is not provided. The Washington Rush Goalkeeper Camp Session 1 runs August 17-21, 2026, from 9am to 12 noon and is open to goalkeepers ages 9-18, beginners to advanced, and is open to all goalkeepers, whether part of RUSH or any other club. The 2026 Keeper Wars event takes place July 16, 2026, from 4:30pm to 7:00pm, is a double-elimination tournament where keepers play keeper vs. keeper with goals 15-25 yards apart, and costs $20 plus a processing fee.

Rush Summer Soccer Camps for Players 6-11 are for boys and girls ages 6-11 of all skill levels and include a daily mix of training and games in an environment focused on developing and improving soccer technique and growing love of the game. Washington Rush Summer Day Camp is for boys and girls of all levels and is open to all families, whether part of RUSH or any other club. Washington Rush Goalkeeper Camp focuses on technical, tactical, and physical skills including shot-stopping and reflexes, positioning and decision-making, diving and distribution techniques, and footwork and handling. Programs are offered for players ages 4 through 19 and run year-round, and Washington Rush teams compete in local as well as national competition.

Washington Rush Summer Camp sessions are led by a team of Washington Rush coaches and Washington Rush soccer players. The Rush Goalkeeper Camp is led by Rush Goalkeeper Directors. The club’s leadership includes Executive Director Ben Somoza, Director of Soccer Sean Connors, Girls Director of Coaching Marco Lopez, Boys Director of Coaching Jamey Martinez, Goalkeeping Director Matt Stueckle, Select Director Dave Perry, Executive Administrator and Field Assignor Sandy Baker, Registrar, Uniform Coordinator, and R.E.A.C.H. Coordinator Sarah Armstrong, Webmaster Michael Lau, President Leif Hamar, Vice President Andy Buchan, Secretary Stephen Eneberg, and Members at Large Steve Gerdes, Jennifer Kink, Brandon Matrone, Jake Mueller, Sissi Sondgroth, and Taryn Spingler.

Washington Rush states that its mission is to be committed to the development of healthy youth through the game of soccer, to promote the physical, mental, and social well-being of the youth player, and for coaches to impart a love of the game and develop each player’s technical and tactical capabilities to their fullest potential while teaching life skills and leadership through teamwork and sportsmanship. Washington Rush is the Regional Club for North County Youth Soccer Association and is associated with the nationally recognized Rush Program that was developed in Colorado and is now found in over 24 states and worldwide. Through the George Abisinu Kawa Foundation, Washington Rush players and families help impact young players in Africa, specifically in Ghana and Eswatini.

Washington Rush is associated with the nationally recognized Rush Program. For all camp options, players are asked to bring a water bottle, a healthy snack, and their own soccer ball, and for full day camp options, campers should bring a sack lunch each day.
