Camp Createability was formed in 2012 when owner Debbie Armstrong started the program based on her work with individuals with autism. The mission of Camp Createability is to provide children, teens and adults with autism or other disabilities with individualized instruction and hands-on experience in the arts and entertainment field. The training facility focuses on employability, independence and inclusion, and the studio provides individuals on the autism spectrum with technical, behavioral and social skills required for employment. The production studio contracts for paid digital media projects that offer hands-on experience and potential employment opportunities for artists.
