Madison School & Community Recreation (MSCR) is a department of the Madison Metropolitan School District and is the public recreation provider for all Madison Metropolitan School District residents. MSCR has been serving Madison since 1926 and is marking “MSCR Centennial: Celebrating 100 years of Recreation.” Its mission states that MSCR will enhance the quality of life for individuals in the Madison Metropolitan School District and for the community by providing recreation and enrichment opportunities year-round that are accessible to all. The bird watching event is offered in collaboration with @natureeverywheremadison.
