Easterseals Wisconsin Camps & Respite Services offers camping and recreation, respite services, and a Veterans Family Camp held twice a year. The Camps are the longest, continuously running Easterseals camps in the nation and are part of one of the oldest charitable organizations in the state.

Easterseals Wisconsin has provided programs since 1926, and their Camps have been running since 1938. The organization is celebrating its centennial and recently celebrated its 95th anniversary. Easterseals Wisconsin serves close to 10,000 children and adults with disabilities and their families each year throughout Wisconsin. Its FARM Program serves as a model for similar programs nationwide and helps farmers return to farming after a disabling accident or illness. Veterans Family Camp offers a unique camping experience to veterans and their families and is held twice a year. AmeriCorps members and camp counselors who volunteer for the veterans camp weekends are trained to care for children with disabilities. The mission of Easterseals Wisconsin is to increase independence, maximize opportunities, minimize barriers, and enhance the quality of life for people with disabilities. Easterseals Wisconsin is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and its leadership includes Christine Fessler, Easterseals Wisconsin President & CEO. The organization launched a revitalized brand in September 2017 with a new logo and colors (orange, yellow, and blue), and the logo design includes rays of light, hope and sunshine radiating from the “e” and a grouping of circles symbolizing breadth, scope, network, communities, and individuals served.
