Summer EXPLORE! includes classes such as AAA Program - Academics, Arts & Athletics, Chess Strategy Academy, Code Explorers, Drum Set Camp, Rocket Camp, and Summer Lawn Games. Participants can also take part in offerings like Hilltopper Robotics: Introductory Challenge, Introduction to FRC 1732 Hilltopper Robotics, Learning with Legos: Competitive Engineering, Pre-Science Olympiad: Engineering, and Strategy Board Games. Additional options include history- and communication-focused classes such as Civil War Institute, Hilltoppers in World War II, Great Place on a Great Lake: The Role of Water in Milwaukee History, Who's Who in Milwaukee History, Introduction to Debate, Introduction to Model UN, Forensics - The Art of Public Speech, and a Podcasting Workshop, along with activities like Hydras and Hilltoppers: An Introduction to the World of Tabletop Role Playing Games, Hilltoppers in the 41st Millennium: An Intro to Tabletop Gaming, Let’s Play Cribbage, Sheepshead: Wisconsin’s Official Card Game, and Stock Markets & Investing: Course 1.

Summer EXPLORE! offers camps for boys entering grades 4–8 from any school, as well as incoming Marquette University High School freshmen. Classes are taught by current faculty, staff, alumni, and coaches with the same excellence that is the hallmark of a Marquette High education, and if a class is full, families can email to be added to a waitlist. The program also includes activities connected with Milwaukee, such as Great Place on a Great Lake: The Role of Water in Milwaukee History, Hidden History of Milwaukee Van Tour, Milwaukee Hidden History Hike, Pedaling Through the Past: A History of Milwaukee Bike Tour, and Who's Who in Milwaukee History, as well as the Milwaukee Jazz Institute (MJI) Summer Jazz Camp at MUHS.

Marquette University High School is an all-boys Catholic, Jesuit, urban, college-preparatory school for young men that focuses on educating the whole person spiritually, emotionally, intellectually, artistically, morally and physically. Marquette High has 166 years of history and was founded in 1857 as St. Aloysius Academy, and it has shared Jesuit educational history for more than 160 years. The school mascot is the Hilltoppers, there are 85 total faculty, 47% of the faculty have taught 10 or more years at MUHS, average class size is 21, and 33% of students are students of color. MUHS was named a 2021 National Blue Ribbon School by the U.S. Department of Education and is the top ranked Catholic high school in greater Milwaukee according to Niche.com. The school offers 20 AP courses and dual enrollment for college credit with Saint Louis University, at least one non-cut sport in each sport season, two freshman teams in multiple sports, and 65% of students participate in a sport.

The mission of Marquette University High School is to form leaders who are religious, loving, seeking intellectual excellence, committed to justice, and open to growth. The school states that it fulfills this mission by providing a respectful, challenging and caring environment for a diverse community of students, educating the whole person, deepening students’ awareness of the dignity and needs of all people, and forming men for others who will act like Christ, who came “not to be served but to serve” (Mark 10:45). Marquette University High School was originally established to educate Catholic immigrants in their faith and to aid their families and the community by encouraging productive employment and civic involvement. Rev. Michael J. Marco, S.J., states that a Marquette High education creates a lifelong network of faith, community and career support for alumni and their families.

The Summer EXPLORE! leadership team includes JoAnn Cekanor, Communications Coordinator and Summer EXPLORE! Program Coordinator; Rev. Michael J. Marco, S.J.; and John Meuler, Director of Admissions. Classes are taught by current faculty, staff, alumni, and coaches.
