Special Needs Camps in the North Bay

Inclusive Horsemanship Camps serve children and young adults with a wide range of special needs including developmental, physical and sensory challenges, as well as their typically-developing siblings and peers.

Instructional program teaching campers with developmental and/or physical disabilities to ride a conventional two-wheeled bicycle and swim. Activities include bicycle riding, swimming, and leisure skills development.

Coelho Epilepsy Youth Summer Camp provides an enjoyable residential camping experience for children with epilepsy, develops self-esteem by promoting self-confidence, builds lasting friendships, and fosters independence in a fun and safe environment away from home. Parents are comforted knowing that medical professionals are with campers throughout the entire week (both day and night). Medication schedules are strictly controlled by nurses who ensure campers receive their proper medication each day.

Fully inclusive basketball program for children with typical and special needs to learn, play and grow together.

The program is designed for blind and visually impaired children, teenagers, adults, deaf-blind individuals, seniors, and families of the visually impaired, offering opportunities for recreation, learning, and skill-building in a fun and accessible environment, where they can explore nature, participate in various activities, games, and educational workshops, and connect with others who share similar experiences.

Spectrum Center Schools and Programs deliver summer camps that empower students through personalized support. These camps enhance independence and success by blending educational activities with social and emotional learning in a nurturing environment.
