Concord AYSO Region 305 offers youth soccer programs that include activities such as Playground for 3-year-olds, EPIC, camps, and an adult program. The program also runs special soccer events and programs such as Alliance (formerly Select), the Crazy 8 Tournament, Picture Day, Silent Saturdays, Golden Gate Camp training, the AYSO Section 2 EPIC Soccerfest 2024, and a PLAYSOCCER event. Concord AYSO Region 305 also provides coach training events, referee training, youth referees, and referee mechanics.

Concord AYSO Region 305 is an all-volunteer program and is one of three regions in Area 2C, near Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, Concord, and Clayton, CA. The mission of Concord AYSO Region 305 is “Providing world class youth soccer programs that enrich children's lives.” The leadership for AYSO includes Michael Karon, President of AYSO, who has been recognized by Stack Sports for his impact in the world of sports volunteering. AYSO, the national organization connected to this region, has partnerships with Chicago Public Schools, the US Center for Mental Health & Sport, and the Northland Sports Alliance.
