Ana Mendoza Hendrix, Tamara Rodriguez, and Bella Vasquez are part of the leadership team. Ana graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Dance Education, specialized in Ballet, from Escuela Superior de Música y Danza de Monterrey in Monterrey, Mexico, in 2012. She holds a Certification for Teaching Curriculum from American Ballet Theater (ABT) in elementary levels, certified in 2013, a Teacher Program Certification in all levels from Progressive Ballet Technique, certified in Mexico City in 2018, and a Certification for Teaching American Jazz Dance Curriculum from the Nan Giordano Certification Program (NGCP) in basic, beginner, intermediate, advanced, and professional levels, certified in 2022. She also has a Masters in Business with Marketing from Universidad del Valle de México in Monterrey, Mexico, graduated in 2022. The program states that dance is described as essential for physical and mental health and that the community is dedicated to providing a bright and beautiful dance experience for all students. The organization states that it values integrity and is committed to fostering a love and respect for dance in everyone who walks through its doors. The mission statement explains that the focus is on teaching and encouraging the love for dance and respect for dance, while helping dancers to become artists and stating that quality dancing is essential.
