Kidokinetics of Irvine

Kidokinetics of Irvine offers high-energy, age-appropriate sports and physical education programs that include classes, camps, and special events. The program brings everything needed for each session, including a trained coach and all equipment, and each class features the F.U.N. Factor: Fundamental, Understandable, and Noncompetitive. Programs are noncompetitive and celebrate effort and progress over winning, while focusing on creating a positive, inclusive experience for every child and developing Team Kinetics, Emotion Kinetics, Body Kinetics, and Brain Kinetics.

Kidokinetics has been introducing kids to movement through sports and physical education since 1996 and is active in over 100 territories. Programs include a trained coach, and Kidokinetics brings all the equipment needed for programs. Kidokinetics of Irvine partners with local schools, centers, and organizations, and offers locally owned sports enrichment and physical education programs as part of an all-around sports fitness program for children of all ages. The organization’s mission is to get kids moving and make fitness fun, and the founder of Kidokinetics is Terri Braun.
