The Rinks Youth Hockey and Skating Programs include public ice skating, roller skating sessions, youth hockey programs, adult hockey programs, hockey leagues, figure skating, learn to skate classes, curling, and options for birthdays and group events. Programs are offered for participants of all ages and ability levels.

The Rinks Development Program launched in 2009 and consists of eight local hockey and skating facilities throughout Southern California. The program is home to thousands of youth and adult hockey players, recreational skaters, and competitive Olympic figure skaters.
