The Rinks Youth Hockey and Skating Programs include public ice skating, roller skating sessions, youth and adult hockey programs, hockey leagues, figure skating, and learn to skate classes. The program also offers curling, birthdays and group events, and off-ice dance and conditioning, strength, and stretch classes.

The Rinks Development Program launched in 2009. The Rinks Development Program consists of eight local hockey and skating facilities throughout Southern California. The Rinks and Great Park Ice are described as Southern California's premier skating and hockey facilities. The Rinks are home to thousands of youth and adult hockey players as well as recreational skaters to competitive Olympic figure skaters.
