About
North County Gymnastics & The Gyminny Kids offers gymnastics lessons that include toddler gymnastics, preschool gymnastics, competitive gymnastics, and competitive team training. The program also offers a ninja program that uses professional parkour and ninja equipment, parkour training, adaptive gymnastics, an adult class, birthday parties, camps and summer camps, Kids Night Out and Kids Night Out/Day Out Clinics, open gym, and private lessons.

• Price: Beginning June 1, tuition will increase to match the standard pricing across all Gyminny Kids locations. Gyminny Kids offers off-peak pricing for midday classes and twilight classes, with late evening classes potentially qualifying for up to 25% off standard tuition. Gyminny Kids does not charge a registration, membership, or annual fee and has an all-inclusive pricing structure.
North County Gymnastics & The Gyminny Kids operates in safe, clean, climate-controlled facilities with state-of-the-art gymnastics environments and professionally maintained gyms designed around structured progressions and safety standards. For open gym, children under the age of six require one parent per child, with a maximum of two children per parent, and open gym is available for adults.
Gyminny Kids has offered fun and fitness to all ages since 1987 and has been serving San Diego families for nearly 40 years, serving over 6,000 students weekly and trusted by more than 100,000 San Diego families since 1987. It is the oldest and most established gymnastics school in San Diego and the largest privately-owned gymnastics program in San Diego, and it was voted San Diego’s best children's activity center in the San Diego Reader. All staff members are First-Aid and CPR certified and background checked, and career coaches have an average of 7–15 years of experience with ongoing education through Gyminny Kids Academy. Teams are operated entirely by the gym rather than by parent-run booster clubs, and the invite-only competitive gymnastics program is part of the offerings. The program provides free trial classes, unlimited in-class makeups for missed classes, no registration, membership, or annual fee, and off-peak pricing for midday and twilight classes. Adaptive gymnastics is designed for special needs VIPs with a grown-up helper.
Gyminny Kids is a family-owned, community-centered organization with community partners listed under its site navigation. Darryl Davis is transitioning toward retirement from running the business and will remain involved during the first year of the transition as a coach, supporting competitive teams, mentoring younger coaches, occasionally coaching at different Gyminny Kids locations depending on need, and acting as an internal clinician, and Daniel Gundert was chosen to carry the program forward along with North County Gymnastics & The Gyminny Kids. The mission of Gyminny Kids is to provide a state-of-the-art gymnastics environment where kids build strength, confidence, and coordination through expert coaching and well-structured programs designed for every stage of child development, supporting long-term athletic development with a focus on character, discipline, healthy progression, confidence, resilience, discipline, and a positive mindset.
