Pablove Shutterbugs is a healing arts photography program that has put cameras in the hands of more than 2,000 kids with cancer. The program is part of The Pablove Foundation, which began in 2008 when Pablo Castelaz was diagnosed with bilateral Wilms Tumor. The Pablove Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of children living with cancer through the arts and investing in underfunded, cutting-edge pediatric cancer research. The organization funds groundbreaking cancer research across the globe and serves kids from all socio-economic backgrounds in urban, suburban, and rural regions surrounding major pediatric cancer centers. Emily Keith serves as the Executive Director of The Pablove Foundation. One feature of the program is that 100% of proceeds from the sales of students’ photos, called Pablove Prints, directly fund pediatric cancer research.
