Junior Center of Art and Summer Camps

Winter Break Camp offers a variety of engaging activities for children, including Arts and Crafts, STEM projects, creating luminaries, and designing greeting cards digitally. This program provides a creative oasis on the lake with festive and fun projects for participants.

• Schedule: two day camp during the winter school break

The Junior Center of Art and Science is located in the heart of Oakland on the shores of Lake Merritt and is dedicated to providing equitable access to programs for all youth and their families throughout Oakland and the greater East Bay Area. The mission of the Junior Center of Art and Science is to cultivate curiosity and creative exploration for youth through the arts and sciences.
