Fight Academy of Pasadena Kids Program includes technical training in kickboxing, boxing, no gi grappling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and MMA. In every class, the instructor spends time teaching a technique, followed by partner drilling, and all classes include a warm up and warm down.
