Fight Academy Pasadena Kids Program introduces kids to a technical program that includes kickboxing, boxing, no gi grappling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and MMA. In every class, the instructor spends time teaching a technique, followed by partner drilling. All classes include a warm up and warm down.
