Piedmont Baseball Softball Foundation offers baseball and softball. Baseball division age levels are assigned based on grade level in California public schools, with a September 1 age cutoff in most cases. Softball uses grades initially, with an August 31 age cutoff for the following year, and player evaluations are held before the season for 8U, 10U, and 12U/14U levels.

- Baseball — Division age levels are assigned based on grade level in California public schools (age cutoff Sep 1st) and adhered to in most cases. · PBSF is a PONY affiliated program. Players are expected to attend all practices and games, with acceptable conflicts sometimes occurring.
- Softball — Grades are used initially, but certain age restrictions may apply. The current age cut-off is August 31, and a player's age on August 31 determines the age group for the following year. · PBSF is a USA/ASA affiliated fastpitch softball program. For 8U, 10U, and 12U/14U levels, there is a player evaluation prior to the season start. All players will be placed on a team.

Piedmont Baseball Softball Foundation is a non-profit run by volunteers in the Piedmont community. Its mission is to foster the skills and love of baseball and softball in all interested and committed young players.
Late registrations automatically incur a $50 late fee and are considered only on a space-available basis if paid in full. Refund requests for both baseball and softball must occur within 5 days from the registration deadline, less a $30 refund processing fee. Fall Ball is not offered for 6U Softball / Shetland Baseball (TK-1st grade) leagues due to field space limitations. Softball players may be moved based on age restrictions and division approval. Baseball divisions are assigned based on grade level in California public schools with a Sep 1st age cutoff in most cases.
