Soccer Stars offers youth soccer training, kids soccer classes, soccer camps, and private soccer lessons, including private 1-on-1 or small group classes. The program includes a Parent & Me pre-soccer music and movement program, the Super Soccer Stars youth soccer program, the Soccer Stars United competitive soccer experience, and the Shining Stars soccer program for children with developmental challenges. Soccer Stars also runs the Soccer Stars Rec League with weekly games, hosts birthday parties with a soccer theme, and provides camps, clinics, and in-house or enrichment programming at schools.

Soccer Stars Bay Area partners with multiple Parks and Recreation departments to provide soccer coaching at local fields and community centers. The organization joined the Youth Athletes United team in 2018 as a leading youth franchise and operating platform.
Soccer Stars uses an age-specific, specially designed, and age-appropriate curriculum that is developed by education specialists and soccer professionals. The program includes a Crib-to-College Player Pathway, a focus on life skills taught through soccer, and attention to cognitive and socialization skills. It offers a fun, non-competitive, and nurturing environment with a low child-to-coach ratio, positive reinforcement to build self-confidence, and a focus on individual growth and celebrating small successes.
Soccer Stars coaches receive all necessary training, and Super Soccer Stars coaches are required to undergo extensive background checks and participate in rigorous training programs.
