SAMA Academy of Martial Arts offers Lil’ Samurai for ages 4 to 6, Junior Beginner for ages 7 to 12, and Adult Kickboxing for teens to senior citizens. Adult Kickboxing focuses primarily on self-defense and body mechanics.
