SAMA Academy of Martial Arts offers Karate classes, Kickboxing classes, Adult Kickboxing, and Junior Martial Arts. The program includes Karate and Kickboxing classes that sharpen the body and mind, with beginner classes enrolling right now. • Ages: 4 1/2–18 years old
The Junior Martial Arts program is for ages 4 1/2–12. The program focuses on mastery, safety, and character in a high-quality martial arts setting. Instructors are actively training martial artists and are described as positive role models on and off the mat. Students burn fat, build muscle, boost metabolism, and practice how to be resilient and empowered despite challenges.
The stated mission is to serve the local community and improve the lives of children and adults through the study of high-quality martial arts. This mission also reflects the program’s involvement in the surrounding community.
