The Pinole Seals Swim Club is a competitive recreational swim team for children. Practice is Monday through Friday, with spring practice starting Monday, April 13, 2026, and summer practice starting June 15, 2026. Group and lane assignments are based on capacity and skill level, and swimmers are expected to participate in Dryland for the first 15 minutes of practice.

About the provider
The Pinole Seals Swim Club says it is dedicated to teaching children teamwork, commitment, and dedication to individual and common goals. It also teaches technical swimming skills for a competitive swimming environment and gives youth the chance to learn competitive swimming skills, physical and mental preparation, goal setting, self-discipline, and personal and interpersonal social skills.
Registration has reached capacity. Register now button takes users to the waitlist. Waitlist is closed for age groups 7/8, 9/10, and 11/12. Summer only registration will be available for returning Seals families. If practices are missed, they will not be prorated. Wednesday morning swim practice is cancelled for all 11/12 and unders the morning of Wednesday night meets, and Thursday morning practice for 13 and ups has a delayed start at 7:30 am.
