About

AYSO Region 34 Soccer Camps are part of the American Youth Soccer Organization and are affiliated with Region 34. The camps are connected to several AYSO programs, including EPIC Registration for players with disabilities, the RAP Program, the Referee Mentor Program, and the AYSO PLAY! program. The program operates under the broader AYSO mission of providing world class youth soccer programs that enrich children's lives.

AYSO Region 34 Soccer Camps are associated with AYSO leadership that includes Michael Karon, who serves as President of AYSO. Michael Karon has received the Stack Leadership Award from Stack Sports for his impact in the world of sports volunteering. The camps are part of a national organization that holds events such as the AYSO 2023 National Games at the Great Park in Orange County from July 24–30, 2023, and the AYSO National Annual General Meeting for delegates from Regions, Areas, and Sections to engage with AYSO leadership.

The broader AYSO organization connected to these camps is involved in several partnerships and initiatives, including a Chicago Public Schools partnership to enhance youth sports programming, a partnership with the US Center for Mental Health & Sport focused on player and volunteer wellness, and a partnership with the Northland Sports Alliance to expand soccer programming in Kansas City. AYSO also supports U.S. Soccer in efforts to improve SafeSport, and the City of Lancaster hosted the AYSO National Open Cup 2017. AYSO maintains a Return to Play Guidance microsite and has partnered with BEEUP Snacks as the Official Fruit Snack Partner for the 2025–2026 season.
