ProSkills Basketball offers Development Clinic K & 1st, Train & Play Clinics 2nd–8th, Competitive Club Teams, a Local League, and ProSkills Stars Girls Teams & Training. The program also runs Train & Play skills clinics for kindergarten through 8th grade, fall and spring competitive leagues, and hosts hundreds of summer campers annually. Players should bring a basketball and water.

ProSkills Basketball was founded in 2008 by Justin McCurdy. In 2019, McCurdy partnered with Andy and Lindsey Fox, and Lindsey is a credentialed teacher with a master’s in teaching. ProSkills is an AAU-registered basketball program with USA Basketball–certified coaches and is expanding to include an elite Nike EYBL team. The program serves over 200 players from 2nd to 8th grade through its club teams, Train & Play skills clinics for kindergarten through 8th grade, and fall/spring competitive leagues, and has become a staple in the South Bay basketball community. ProSkills states that its mission is to develop confident, skilled, and coachable young athletes, using basketball to teach hard work, discipline, character, teamwork, responsibility, resilience, and a team-first mindset, with an emphasis on fundamentals, player development, and a positive, competitive environment.
