Youth & Family Art Programs at Blue Line Arts include spring camps, summer camps, family days, and monthly drop-in art activity days. Youth & Family Art Programs are part of Blue Line Arts, which began outreach exhibits in 1966, opened a new gallery in 2008, and adopted the name Blue Line Arts in 2013. The organization’s mission states that it is a regional cultural hub committed to fostering impactful arts experiences through exhibitions, educational programming, and public arts initiatives, supporting a full creative life for all. Scholarships are offered for up to 100% of registration fees, and Family Membership includes discounts on programs and free access to monthly Drop-in Art Activity Days. Field Trips: Tour Talk & Create for K-12 are free for qualifying schools, and the organization supports visual and performing arts in the community throughout Placer County and the Greater Sacramento Region.

Staff and board members have professional backgrounds with institutions such as Sacramento State, The Joffrey Ballet, the Chicago International Film Festival, the James Beard Foundation, Springboard Danse, and the Latino Center of Art and Culture. Fenn Bruns has received the Kodak Professional Photographer scholarship at Cal Poly SLO and awards for Outstanding Contribution to DEI Work and the Art for Social Change award from Cal Poly Arts.
