Meenal’s Academy of Performing Arts

Meenal’s Academy of Performing Arts offers Kathak classes and certificate courses in Kathak, Bharatnatyam, and Tabla. The program follows a structured curriculum in Kathak, and students can appear for Certification and Diploma level exams offered by Bharati Vidyapeeth Pune, India (BVDU SPA).

Meenal’s Academy of Performing Arts (MAPA) is described as a premier dance studio offering classes in Kathak for students of all age groups. The academy is affiliated with BharatiVidya Peeth Pune and offers certificate courses in Kathak, Bharatnatyam, and Tabla. Meenal is the Founder and Artistic Director of Meenal’s Academy of Performing Arts and has been teaching in San Diego for about 15 years. She completed Visharad in Dance from Indira Kala Sangeet Vishwavidyalaya (Khairagarh University), graduating at the top of her class and securing a Gold Medal, and has been taking advanced lessons from Guru Shambhavi Dandekar since 2013. Meenal also holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from San Diego State University and a Masters of Business Economics from DAVV, Indore, India.
