San Diego Hawks Baseball offers a next level travel baseball program that includes travel baseball, a Summer Youth Baseball Program, and access to hitting, pitching, and defensive lessons. The program also offers cage rentals, virtual coaching clinics, Blast Baseball swing metrics, and Catalyst Arm Care, along with a next level online player development platform that uses technology and industry knowledge for player development. Players of all levels, from elite to developmental, participate under the Hawks umbrella.

The San Diego Hawks baseball player development program started in 2016. The stated goal of Hawks Baseball is to teach life lessons through the game of baseball, including learning from failure, being a great team player, and encouraging hard work with a purpose. The program emphasizes arm health, rest, and strength and conditioning work, and it supports kids playing other sports and having other activities. Coaches in the program care about players’ baseball development and their development as people, and they encourage fun, competition, and a team environment.
San Diego Hawks Baseball is described as a next level player development and travel baseball program and a college-level program brought to the world of youth baseball. It is open to 7U–18U players looking to take their baseball skills to the next level and is described as a baseball family that supports multi-sport athletes, positive baseball coaching, and a flexible, family-first approach. The organization is identified as the #1 Youth Travel Baseball Organization in San Diego and the #1 Travel Baseball Organization in San Diego County, and it is a Top 10 organization nationally for its usage of Blast Baseball. Within weeks of the COVID-19 lockdown, Hawks Baseball was doing virtual coaching clinics and rolled out Blast Baseball across the organization.
The San Diego Hawks are a travel baseball program servicing players and families in the heart of Inland North County San Diego, including 4S Ranch, Del Sur, Rancho Penasquitos, Carmel Mountain, Rancho Bernardo, Carmel Valley, Poway, Scripps Ranch, Rancho Santa Fe, and Escondido. The program has over 20 years of scheduling experience and provides the SDBA Scheduling service to teams around San Diego County. The Nest Baseball Academy is the training home of the San Diego Hawks baseball program and is one of only a few youth baseball programs in the county that have their own baseball training facility. The facility is open to players in surrounding communities and clubs for next level hitting, pitching, and defensive lessons with specialists, as well as cage rentals.
