Since its beginning in 2015, Code Tenderloin has helped hundreds of folks move up to the next level of living. The leadership team includes Founder and Executive Director Del Seymour, and the contact person is Donna Hilliard. The mission statement says that everyone deserves the opportunity for physical, mental, and economic well-being, and that transitional backgrounds such as unemployment, homelessness, addiction, incarceration, or other barriers do not define a person’s future. The program states that it is there to put participants on the path to full-time, living-wage employment and to remove barriers for vulnerable communities and people living below the poverty line. Its free programming and community outreach include job skills and tech training, networking opportunities, basic family services, and violence reduction. Enhanced Case Management (ECM) addresses clinical and non-clinical needs of high-need individuals through the coordination of services and comprehensive case management.
