Community programs include Spring and Fall 5 v 5 programs in partnership with the Mill Valley Recreation Department. Testimonials from parents describe long-term participation by multiple children, coaching that focuses on skills in a not overly competitive environment, and experiences in both recreational and development soccer connected to the program.
Campers are asked to bring a hearty lunch and snack, sunscreen, and a water bottle, with water available for refills at the camp site. They are advised to wear cleats, shinguards, and long socks, and to label personal items such as jackets and backpacks. Families are asked not to send collectibles, toys, or electronic devices such as phones and tablets, as the program does not take responsibility for these items.
