Gallinas Valley Little League offers spring baseball programs that include Intro to Tee Ball, Tee Ball, AA (Coach Pitch), AAA (Machine / Kid Pitch), Minors, Majors, Intermediate, and Juniors. The program also runs special events and activities such as Baseball Fun Day, a HIT-A-THON, the 2025 Opening Day Parade, and a Majors Night Game. Additional offerings include a Challenger Division, a Travel Ball program, and the Gallinas Valley Baseball Academy.

The league is led by the 2025 Gallinas Valley Little League Board of Directors.
