Golden Gate Gymnastics

Golden Gate Gymnastics offers gymnastics classes that use proper spotting techniques and structured progressions to teach skills safely while building confidence and strong fundamentals. Practices are described as purposeful and hard-working while still being fun, with energy in the gym and every skill at every level in every program celebrated. Even the youngest athletes take part in both strength-building activities like pullovers and playful activities like a bubble party, reflecting the program’s philosophy that progress and play go hand in hand.

• Ages: 0–18 years old

Golden Gate Gymnastics offers gymnastics classes for babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and kids ages 6 months–18 years. The coaching approach is described as “burpees to Beyoncé energy,” with coaches pushing athletes and holding them to high standards while also being enthusiastic supporters. The program’s mission statement is, “We’re building more than athletes. We’re building confidence, resilience, and a lifelong love of movement.” It was founded by a Marin mom with 15 years of professional coaching experience, and the staff brings over 30 years of combined competitive coaching experience with roots in gymnastics, dance, collegiate cheerleading, and acrobatics. The program serves families in Novato, San Rafael, Terra Linda, Marinwood, and surrounding communities.
