PAINT:LAB Kids Art Camps and Workshops

PAINT:LAB Kids Art Camps and Workshops offers after-school workshops, weekend kids’ art workshops, summer break camp, pre-K painting classes, open studio painting, guided kids parties, abstract exploration parties, and adult painting classes. The program includes activities such as painting, watercolor painting, oil painting, and drawing fundamentals. Some offerings include all art materials, and open studio provides paints, brushes, easel, studio space, and clean up.

• After-School Workshops — Monday through Friday; daily single sessions · $40–$220 per week
• Weekend Kid’s Art Workshops — Saturday 11:00 am-1:00 pm · $55 per session · Bi-weekly weekend workshops; includes all art materials. Bring a snack or purchase one on arrival.
• Summer Break Camp — Mon-Fri; full day 9:00 am-2:30 pm; also single, double, and weekly sessions · $40–$630 per day · Registration options listed for daily single, double, and full-day sessions, and weekly single, double, and full-day sessions. After Camp Care and After Camp Workshops are also available Mon-Fri.
• Open Studio Painting — Kids ages 5-12; Toddlers 4 & under; Adults; Oil Painting ages 14+ · During studio hours · $28–$48 per day · Kids $33 per day plus cost of canvas; toddlers $28 per day plus cost of canvas; adults $42 per day plus cost of canvas; oil painting ages 14+ $48 per day plus cost of canvas.
• Pre-K Painting Classes — Ages 2-5 · Wednesdays 4:00 pm-5:00 pm · Parents are welcome to stay. Drop-offs are allowed if the child is potty trained.
• Fundamentals of Watercolor Painting — Tuesdays 6:30 pm-8:30 pm
• Fundamentals of Oil Painting — Thursdays 7:00 pm-9:00 pm
• Drawing Fundamentals — Wednesdays 7:00 pm-9:00 pm

PAINT:LAB says it is a walk-in art studio where people can experience, express, and explore their creativity through paint, and its motto is “Everyone Can Paint!” It also says it has worked with local libraries, local schools, the police department, seniors and youth centers, museums, and many other local businesses.

• Step-by-Step Guided Kids Parties — 2-hour parties with 1.5 hours of instruction. $48 per painter plus $100 private room reservation fee; $43 per painter for 13+ guests. Minimum 6 painters. All materials included.
• Abstract Exploration Parties (no instruction) — $35 per painter plus $100 private room reservation fee. Minimum 6 painters. $32 per painter for 11+ guests. All materials included.
• After Camp Care — Monday through Friday, 2:30 pm-4:00 pm · Available Mon-Fri; call the studio to register.
• After Camp Workshop — Monday through Friday, 4:00 pm-5:30 pm · $40 per session · Available Mon-Fri.

All students must sign up in advance for classes, camps, or workshops; no walk-ins. No drop-ins allowed for guided classes. Online registration closes 24 hours before workshop; day-of registration can be done by phone. Studio does not issue refunds. 24-hour workshop/lesson cancellation policy and 48-hour camp cancellation policy. Parties booked with less than seven days’ notice incur an extra $100 convenience fee. Additional party hours are available for $100 hourly.
