New Vibe Gymnastics offers recreational gymnastics, cheer, tumbling, and a competitive team program, along with private lessons and pod classes. The program also offers camps during school breaks and hosts birthday parties. All pod classes are kept small, with a maximum enrollment of 6–8 students, and students are matched to pods based on their age and skill level, with coaches using an individualized approach to teaching each student.

The mission at New Vibe is to make training approachable to all skill levels so children of all ages can discover the joy of gymnastics in a safe environment. New Vibe was created during Covid, and the owner of New Vibe Gymnastics is Violet Dominguez.
