New Vibe Gymnastics

New Vibe Gymnastics offers recreational gymnastics and recreational pod gymnastics classes, preschool gymnastics, private pod classes, private lessons, cheer, competitive gymnastics, tumbling and flips, dance classes, flips for dance, and aerial arts. The program’s pod classes begin with Parent and Me at 2 years old and continue through teen classes, and class groups are based on age and skill level. Recreational and pod classes have a maximum of 8 students, and private pods can include 6 to 8 students or friends in the same age group.

• Recreational Gymnastics / Recreational Pod Gymnastics Classes — All ages and skill levels; youngest classes begin at 2 years old and continue through teen classes · Progressive instruction in a positive, encouraging, safety-focused environment; class sizes max 8 students.
• Preschool Gymnastics — Children · Age-appropriate movement activities that develop coordination, balance, strength, confidence, social interaction, listening skills, and independence.
• Private Pod Classes — Programs begin with Parent & Me classes and continue through teen-level offerings · Small-group training with a maximum of eight students per class; private pods of 6-8 students/friends within the same age group are available upon request.
• Private Lessons — One-on-one coaching tailored to each athlete’s individual goals.
• Cheer — Develops jumps, motions, stunting fundamentals, tumbling, flexibility, and performance.
• Competitive Program / Competition Team — For dedicated athletes who demonstrate the skill, commitment, and work ethic necessary for competitive gymnastics; includes USA Gymnastics competitions.
• Tumbling and Flips — Floor skills for gymnastics, cheerleading, dance, and other sports.
• Dance classes — Offered at New Vibe 2.0.
• Flips for dance — Offered at New Vibe 2.0.
• Aerial arts — Offered at New Vibe 2.0.

About the provider

New Vibe was created during Covid. Violet Dominguez is the owner of New Vibe Gymnastics. The program states that its mission is to create a safe space for learning and creativity, make training approachable to all skill levels, and help students build confidence, community, and friendships.

No trial classes are offered. A minimum of one month of membership is required to participate in classes. To view schedule and class options, a Parent Profile is required. Coaches use an individualized approach to teaching.
