Boys & Girls Clubs of Northwest San Diego After School Program

Boys & Girls Clubs of Northwest San Diego After School Program offers after-school, before-school, and out-of-school programs for young people in grades K-12. The program is offered at eight Clubhouse locations: Allred, Del Mar, Griset, Harper Teen Center, La Colonia, Ocean Knoll, Oceanside, and Polster.

Programs

• After School Program — Grades K-12 · After-, before-, and out-of-school programs are offered at all eight Clubhouses.
• Breaking Barriers Program — Youth with special and diverse needs · Provides access to the After School Program and school break & summer camps at no out-of-pocket cost, with services covered through approved funding.

About the provider

The organization says it has been doing this work for over 53 years. Its mission is to inspire, develop, and enrich young people to reach their fullest potential as confident, responsible, caring members of society. Boys & Girls Clubs of Northwest San Diego was formed in 2024 when Boys & Girls Clubs of San Dieguito and Boys & Girls Clubs of Oceanside joined forces. The club also says it cultivates an inclusive environment and welcomes all races, sexual orientations, ethnicities, identities, religions, and abilities. It was recognized as a 2025 Hero for Youth through the Club Advocacy Recognition Program by Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
