Rafa Jiu-Jitsu

Rafa Jiu-Jitsu offers Jiu-Jitsu classes that include Jiu-Jitsu Fundamentals, Kids Jiu-Jitsu, and private lessons. The program also offers Functional Strength, Yoga, and Kickboxing. Families can schedule a free trial to experience the program.

The program’s mission is to use Jiu-Jitsu to teach confidence, discipline, and resilience, and to build a community where students of all ages learn skills they can use on and off the mats.
