Rafa Jiu-Jitsu Programs offers Jiu-Jitsu and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with a focus on self-defense, grappling, ground control, and anti-bullying skills. The program also includes No Gi Jiu-Jitsu, self-defense techniques, and situational awareness. A free trial is available for new participants.

The mission of Rafa Jiu-Jitsu Programs is to use Jiu-Jitsu to teach confidence, discipline, and resilience, and to build a community where students of all ages learn skills that benefit them on and off the mats every day. The program offers several options, including an Executive Elite Program with a structured, high-expectation environment, an Active 60+ Program for adults 60 and over with safe, low-impact movement, a Women Self-Defense & Jiu-Jitsu program with practical self-defense techniques and situational awareness, a Jiu-Jitsu For Competition program with coaching on tournament rules, scoring, and mindset, a Jiu-Jitsu For Kids and Teens program with Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals, self-defense, and anti-bullying skills, and a Jiu-Jitsu No Gi program focusing on grips, movement, and submissions. The program notes that its Jiu-Jitsu training changes lives for kids and adults and that it takes pride in the positive impact on students and the wider community. Past promotions have included a FEBRUARY NEW MEMBER SPECIAL with free registration and a free gi uniform for adults and kids classes, and a JANUARY NEW MEMBER SPECIAL with free registration and January completely free for adult programs, and the February promotion included a free gi uniform. The program is located near downtown Windsor and uses state-of-the-art facilities. The program is closed on President’s Day, with no classes on February 16th, 2026.
