Rafa Jiu-Jitsu

Rafa Jiu-Jitsu offers Jiu-Jitsu Little Kids and two Jiu-Jitsu Kids classes. Jiu-Jitsu Little Kids is listed as a playful introduction to the sport for ages 2-4, and the Kids classes are for ages 5 and up.

• Jiu-Jitsu Little Kids — Ages 2-4 · Mon-Fri, 4:10-4:50 PM · A playful introduction to the sport for our youngest students.
• Jiu-Jitsu Kids Class 1 — Ages 5 and up · Mon-Fri, 4:50-5:40 PM · Same class as Kids Class 2 — just a different time. Jiu-Jitsu for kids ages 5 and up — discipline, focus, and confidence.
• Jiu-Jitsu Kids Class 2 — Ages 5 and up · Mon-Fri, 5:40-6:30 PM · Same class as Kids Class 1 — just a different time. Jiu-Jitsu for kids ages 5 and up — discipline, focus, and confidence.
• Jiu-Jitsu Fundamentals — Adults & Women · Mon-Fri, 10:00-11:00 AM and 6:30-7:30 PM; Sat occasional 10:00-11:00 AM · Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals for adults, all levels, mixed classes. Adults & Women.
• Private Lessons — Adults & kids; women & young students · By appointment · One-on-one coaching with Rafa or Haley, built around your goals, your pace, and your progress.
• Functional Strength — Strength, mobility, and conditioning open to all members — no Jiu-Jitsu experience required.

About the provider

The mission of Rafa Jiu-Jitsu is to use Jiu-Jitsu to teach confidence, discipline, and resilience. The program says it builds a welcoming, inclusive community and that students learn skills that benefit them on and off the mats. Rafa is a 2nd degree black belt and world champion, and Haley has 20+ years in education and is a 2nd degree blue belt.

Kids build confidence, discipline, and social skills through fun, structured classes. Saturday classes are occasional. Availability varies week to week for occasional classes. One testimonial says the gym is in Windsor.
