Red Dragon Karate Yorba Linda Martial Arts Programs offers Preschool Martial Arts, Kids Martial Arts, Teen Martial Arts, and Adult Martial Arts, along with martial arts training, self defense, and Traditional Weapon. The program also offers birthday parties. Families are instructed that participants should wear comfortable clothes suitable for sports and bring a water bottle to classes.

The leadership team includes Sensei Shahin Jahanvash (Owner/Head Instructor), Sensei Jim Eppard, Sensei Kelly Yang, and instructor and enrollment director Karen Arribas, who also works as a speech pathologist and has years of experience working with children of all ages and ability levels. Sensei Shahin earned his Black belt on December 10, 2002 at the age of 7 1/2 under Shihan Sensei Louis D Casamassa, Grand Master of Red Dragon Karate, and was promoted to 5th degree Black belt in December 2018 at the age of 23. Sensei Jim started karate in 1993 and earned his first black belt at the age of 14 training under Shihan Mike Jablonski at the Azusa Red Dragon Karate. Sensei Kelly is a Second Degree Black Belt and a member of the AAU-USA Karate Team.
Sensei Shahin won 1st place at age 3 1/2 at the Compete World Martial Arts Championship, finished a year as Number 1 in AKKF (American Karate Kung Fu Federation) and TPA (Tournament Promoters Association) by the time he earned his black belt, competed on the NASKA World Tour, won Grand Champion and Overall Grand Champion at every NASKA World event, and has been undefeated in Traditional Weapon during his 16 years of competition on the NASKA World Tour, winning 41 World Champion titles. Sensei Jim has won hundreds of awards and championships, including the Overall Weapons Gold Medallion at the Compete World Championships. Sensei Kelly recently placed 1st at the 2023 WUKF World Karate Championships in Dundee, Scotland, and is a 4-time National Kata and Weapon Top 3 competitor, 8-time Regional Kata Grand Champion, and 5-time Regional Weapon Grand Champion.
