Kids Fitness Programs at Colorado Athletic Club – Flatirons includes team sports, games, and arts and crafts. The program also offers a range of swim options, including swim team, one-on-one swim lessons, group swim lessons, Stroke School, private swim lessons, and semi-private swim lessons.
• Ages: 0–17 years old
• Schedule: 15-minute sessions, twice a week
Blast! Camp is available for kids ages 5–12 and includes activities, games, sports, and other structured fun. The swim team offers a competitive swim environment for advanced swimmers based on age, and coaches work with swimmers to improve techniques and get race-ready. Great Starts introduces kids as young as 6 months to the water. One-on-one lessons with certified instructors focus on building confidence and comfort in the water through 15-minute sessions, twice a week. Group swim lessons are limited to 6 kids per lesson, teach independence in the water, and prepare kids for Stroke School, and pick-up and drop-off can be arranged for group swim. Stroke School is offered for ages 7–10 and 11 and older, and was developed to improve existing swimming skills by combining new swimming techniques with proper form. Thirty-minute private lessons focus on improving a swimmer’s mechanics and form through personalized feedback, and semi-private lessons are offered for siblings or friends, building on each child’s strengths and teaching new techniques. All swim instruction is led by certified instructors.

In 2013, Wellbridge acquired Flatirons Athletic Club and renamed it Colorado Athletic Club – Flatirons.
