Richmond-Perrine Optimist Club Youth Sports Programs include tackle football, cheerleading, dance, basketball, and baseball. The programs use trained, background checked volunteer coaches. Richmond Perrine Optimist welcomes children of all abilities and provides a safe learning environment for kids 4-15 years old, where they can learn invaluable sports skills, sportsmanship and teamwork ethics, while also having lots of fun. The Richmond-Perrine Optimist Club is a 501C-3 non profit organization.

The Richmond-Perrine Optimist Club Youth Sports Programs are part of the Richmond-Perrine Optimist Club, Inc. of Miami. The club has been serving Miami-Dade County and the South Miami community since 1971. The club was founded in 1971 with a primary goal of providing much needed organized sports programs and activities for community youths. It is the home of the Richmond Perrine Giants, 3-time Pop Warner Football National Champions and 4-time Pop Warner Cheer/Dance National 1st Place Champions. The programs are sponsored in part by We Need YouMake a Donation.
