Collier County Parks and Recreation Programs

Collier County Parks and Recreation Programs take place at North Collier Regional Park and include a wide range of recreational activities. The program uses state-of-the-art recreation centers, parks, beaches, and green spaces as part of its offerings. Families encounter both indoor and outdoor recreation options through these programs.

The Collier County Parks and Recreation mission statement is “To provide safe and sustainable leisure and recreational opportunities for the communities we serve.” Its vision statement is “To enrich the quality of life of the people we serve.” The department’s leadership team includes Director James Hanrahan, Parks Operations Manager Jeanine McPherson, and Regional Managers Mike Ossorio (Region 1), Marissa Baker (Region 2), Said Gomez, Interim Regional Manager (Region 3), and Randi Swinderman (Region 4).
