Reflex Gymnastics

Reflex Gymnastics offers gymnastics and tumbling where kids practice cartwheels, flips, back hand-springs, and other skills on bars, beam, vault, and trampoline. The program also includes cheer tumbling, preschool gymnastics, field trips, camps, parents night out events, private lessons, competition teams, open gym, birthday parties, and afterschool activities. According to the program’s mission statement, Reflex Gymnastics is a place where kids come to have fun while learning these skills and more.

• Ages: 3–17 years old

The staff at Reflex Gymnastics is described as highly qualified and well-versed in a wide array of skills for all abilities, with caring, qualified instructors leading the classes. One parent, Chelsea Hayes, shared that her 3-year-old loved her first class and described the atmosphere as very relaxed, with a super friendly and very patient instructor. The Balladin family noted that their daughter started in recreational classes, moved up to advanced, and then made the competition team, and they appreciated the cleanliness, organization, and ease of reaching staff. Another parent, Gissella Figueroa, said her 4-year-old has been attending for over a year, looks forward to classes, and has learned a lot. Dolores Rivera described the coaches as supportive, skilled, and great with the kids, and stated that this has been the best gymnastics program her family has tried.
