WIN Sports Performance Football Skill School offers football skill training and football group skill training that includes position-specific work such as linebacker, defensive line, wide receiver, and defensive back training. The program takes place at the WIN Sports Performance facility, which includes 6,480 sq. ft. of turf space, a drop down batting cage, and a flag football field set up with flags. Football group skill training is taught by former NCAA Division 1 and NFL players, with opportunities to learn and compete with top players in the Chicagoland area.

• Schedule: Football position sessions are scheduled Monday at 7pm for linebackers; Tuesday at 7pm for defensive line and wide receivers; Wednesday at 7pm for defensive backs; and Saturday at 12pm for defensive backs. General facility hours are Monday–Thursday from 6am–8pm, Friday from 6am–5pm, Saturday from 7am–12pm, and Sunday by appointment only.

In addition to football skill training, WIN Sports Performance also offers Speed School, Adults Sports Performance Training, Collegiate Sports Performance Training, High School Sports Performance Training, Youth Sports Performance Training, Pro Off Season Training, NFL Pre-Draft Training, and physical therapy. The facility space is also used for soccer, field hockey, lacrosse, and baseball team practices, as well as flag football, and is available for team practice rental seven days a week.
