Health Performance Institute (HPI) Athlete Academy includes the JV Program, Varsity Program, Performance Testing, and Hockey Specific Training. The JV Program serves ages 10-13 and introduces strength training for middle school athletes while building on speed, movement competency, and reactivity. The Varsity Program serves high school athletes and beyond and focuses on speed training and strength gains. Performance Testing serves ages 12+ and uses VALD technology for tests such as the vertical jump, 5-10-5, and 20-yard dash. Hockey Specific Training covers skating, puck handling, and shooting.
