Former student and business owner Courtney Vorachek states that she loves the special friends she made at Springfield Dance and that Miss Ronda is encouraging and loves to see growth in children through dance. Former student and Disney/Universal performer Cassie Bax states that Miss Ronda has always been a wonderful role model and taught her as much about life as about ballet. Former student Bailee Brinkman, who has a BFA in dance from Pointe Park University and is a Disney performer, states, “Sometimes it's more about taking risks…so, let yourself be imperfectly perfect and get back up and try again.” Former student and nutritionist Sarah Leaf states that she was a very shy child and uncomfortable in many social settings, but that dance gave her an outlet to express herself in a positive manner.
