About

Indiana University Bloomington Precollege Programs offers dozens of year-round and in-person options where students can build robots, learn about the business world, attend a sports summer camp, and take part in music, dance, and ballet. Some programs allow students to take an IU class through precollege microsessions, Advance College Project (ACP) IU courses at their high school, or regular IU Bloomington classes through the On-campus Precollege Enrollment-Nondegree (OPEN) Program. Programs are available on campus, in a residence hall, and at home with virtual options, including short virtual microsessions that students can move through at their own pace.

• Schedule: Many summer camp options and short, virtual microsessions available any time

The stated mission of Indiana University Bloomington Precollege Programs is: “You don't need to wait until college to experience everything Indiana University has to offer.” One student shared, “I love doing ballet at IU. We’re in the same studio space as the college students and we even get to perform in a real show!”
